Processing Time
Each Suxiu Studio portrait is a bespoke, hand-embroidered commission. Production times vary by tier:
- Mini Portrait: 15 business days
- Classic Portrait: 20 business days
- Heirloom Portrait: 3 months
Rush orders are available for an additional 30% fee, which reduces lead time by 50%. Availability depends on artisan capacity.
You will receive a progress photo at approximately 50% completion and a final preview before shipping. Your portrait only ships after your approval.

We offer free standard shipping on all portrait orders worldwide — no minimum, no hidden fees.

All transit times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. You will receive a tracking number via email once your portrait ships.
Shipping Insurance
Every Suxiu Studio portrait is shipped with full-value insurance against loss or damage during transit. If your portrait arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the artwork and contact us within 48 hours at hello@suxiustudio.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Most orders valued under $800 USD to the United States are duty-free. For other countries, please check with your local customs office for current rates.
Suxiu Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package on the DHL Express or FedEx website.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@suxiustudio.com. We cannot guarantee address corrections after the order has shipped. Re-delivery charges for returned packages due to incorrect addresses are the customer's responsibility.
